NBA Role: athletic wing UnderDOG

New Grizzlies’ swingman James Ennis loves to circumnavigate the friendly skies – Ennis can fly like an eagle, well sort of; great athlete who makes sure to finish powerfully on the break – always looking to make posters out of unsuspecting defenders; pretty decent scorer – can get to the basket but likes pulling up for long J’s – needs to work on a few more go-to moves in half court sets; in college, Ennis made a name for himself on the defensive side – spectacular swats, sleek steals, seamless sliding* – could eventually become a perimeter stopper if he focuses on limiting penetration and chasing shooters off ball; adds wing depth & athleticism in Memphis – nice fit under David Fizdale
