WAS Forward: 6’7, 215 lbs; Rookie, Texas A&M

NBA Role: (raw) athletic forward • WAS Depth Chart: Spot Minutes/D-League

A former A&M Aggie, Danuel House parlayed a strong Summer League stint into a roster spot this past October (went undrafted in 2016); WAS lacks wing depth, Scott Brooks loves guys willing (and able) to defend multiple positions – House has a strong frame at 6’7, 215 but is quick enough to stay in front of smaller opponents; good offensive player in college, will need to hit threes at a high clip to score consistently at this level – House (obviously) won’t have the same opportunity to shine playing limited minutes, so focusing on one area makes sense; can finish through contact – bulldog, no-holds-barred mentality in paint; D-League candidate in 2017 unless WAS is hit w/ injury or significantly underperforms; childhood friends w/ teammate (and fellow Houston native) Sheldon McClellan

DOG Status: UnderDOG

Signature Shot: TBD.
